How to make an order?
- Please contact directly to our team for further details on how to order. Our team will guide you.
How long the duration for an order to complete?
- Usually our production will takes less than 2 weeks (including postage) for order under 200 pcs.
Above 200 pcs will based on our production lines capacity.
Can we make a custom order?
- Yes, we do provide custom fabrics and customs printing. (Ex: One shirt with silk screen & Embroidery printing)
How can i do the payment?
- After the confirm order had been made, the deposit for 50% need to be submit before the production started.
50% of the balance need to be submit before we start deliver your products.
Can we cancel the order?
- Yes if the production haven’t started yet. If the production already start, the deposit will be consider burn to pay the production cost.
Can we return our products if there is any error/defects?
- Yes, but only the error/defects from our productions. Usually our team will perform an inspection before handing over the products.
